@A1Cafel: I oppose. This is covered in Commons:Copyright rules by territory/Finland. The Finnish Copyright Council has two related opinions: 1989:13 and 2001:3. Let me quote from 2001:3:
"Tekijänoikeusneuvosto on ottanut useissa lausunnoissaan kantaa TekijäL 9 §:n soveltamiseen (esim. lausunnot 1997:11, nimipäiväluettelon suoja; 1997:6, lääkkeiden valmisteyhteenvedot; 1995:11, kunnanvaakunat; 1989:13, kolikko).
Here is a machine translation by DeepL
"In several opinions, the Copyright Council has taken a position on the application of Section 9 of the Copyright Act (e.g. opinions 1997:11, protection of name lists; 1997:6, product information leaflets for medicines; 1995:11, municipal coats of arms; 1989:13, coins).
Opinion 1989:13 concerned the use of an image of a mark coin in publications. The applicant had used in advertisements and publications the image of the lion's head of a Mark coin produced by the Finnish Mint. The applicant asked whether the designer of the coin could claim financial compensation for such use of the coin's image.
The Copyright Council stated that the images of coins intended for circulation are published in the Finnish Collection of Laws as part of the Decree. Since Article 9 of the Copyright Act provides that there is no copyright in laws and regulations, the Copyright Council held that the image of the coin was not protected by copyright."

Oppose, especially for File:Finlandia 5 pennia.JPG. This picture shows only simple geometric forms and letters which are not subject to copyright (the copyright of the photograprer of this coin is not in question). -- Karl432 (talk) 21:36, 9 May 2021 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Deleted: kept photos of lions side and simple shapes (like 5 pennia), per comments; deleted more recent and complex designs like World Championships in Athletics. --Materialscientist (talk) 16:41, 29 May 2021 (UTC)Reply[reply]
