This file was initially tagged by Timtrent as Copyvio (copyvio) and the most recent rationale was: It may be a packet of crisps / Chips, but this is a copyright work. Ipso facto copyvio. Unclear if creative enough to be copyrightable, converting to DR. King of ♥ ♦ ♣ ♠ 21:52, 6 October 2023 (UTC)
- If COM:TOO Bangladesh applies, that's a red link, meaning that no-one on Commons who might know what their legal standards are has shared the information. I think the photo is OK per COM:TOO US, because the only part that could be over it (the upper left corner) is incidental, ergo de minimis, and blurry when zoomed in. -- Ikan Kekek (talk) 22:39, 6 October 2023 (UTC)
Delete on the simple basis that it is a picture of a copyright work. All written/designed/artistic work is ipso facto copyright, thus the underling work must be copyright.
